1. FOR MANUAL Testers,He should have Manual Testing Knowledge .

2. FOR AUTOMATION Testing ,He should have Knowledge OF AUTOMATION.

3. FOR SELENIUM ,He should have knowledge on selenium .

4. FOR LOAD RUNNER ,He should have knowledge of load runner.

5. FOR QTP , He should have knowledge of QTP.

6. ETL TOOLS ,He should have knowledge of ETL TOOLS.

 7. Good Communication Skills.
